Hike enables you to integrate with Xero to manage inventory, customers, suppliers and purchase orders.
INTEGRATIONS - ERROR LOG
This section will be relevant if you ever wish to investigate any issues with your data syncing between Hike and Xero. This may be required if there was a sync error, that you now wish to correct.
Having already activated your QuickBooks Online Plus account, you will find the MANAGE button to the right.
Click on the MANAGE button to reveal the drop down list. Choose ERROR LOG from the list to proceed.
Having clicked on ERROR LOG from the MANAGE drop down menu, you would now be seeing the below screen.
This page provides a report of all sync activity with Xero, and details of any error that occurred
- Tick the box to Show error logs only,
- Complete the date range of what time frame you wish to view the logs.
The table goes on to provide the following information
Sync start dateThe time and day the sync occurred
Trigger typeWhether manual or automatically occurring
Sync typeThe type of entry, ie invoice, Purchase Order
StatusSuccess or otherwise of the sync
DirectionWhether syncing from Xero to Hike, or Hike to Xero
RecordsNumber of records affected in sync
StatusActivity status of sync
DetailsClick on the DETAILS button at the end of the line for additional information about the sync
