Hike enables you to integrate with QuickBooks Online Plus* to manage inventory, customers, suppliers and purchase orders.
*Note: Intuit QuickBooks offers a range of online services, but only QuickBooks Online Plus allows integration with Hike. When Hike mentions QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, or QuickBooks Online, we are always referring to QuickBooks Online Plus.
INTEGRATIONS - MANUAL SYNC
This section will be relevant if you ever wish to manually force your data between Hike and QuickBooks to sync. This may be required if there was a sync error, that you corrected, and require to sync again.
Having already activated your QuickBooks Online Plus account, you will find the MANAGE button to the right.
Click on the MANAGE button to reveal the drop down list. Choose Manual Sync from the list to proceed.
Having clicked on MANUAL SYNC from the MANAGE drop down menu, you would now be seeing the below screen.
Tick the box of the data you wish to manually sync, choosing from:
Complete the date range of what time frame you wish to sync the data. Be aware you can only sync data in Hike back to the period that Hike began. You can not import Sales Data for a time period before you had Hike.
Click the SYNC NOW button to proceed.
