The process to edit a register is almost entirely the same as adding a register.
This guide will discuss editing your register.
Clicking the name of the register, listed under the Cash Registers column, will trigger the Cash Register Info screen to slide out
Complete the following fields on the slide out window to edit the register. You can always edit any of these details at any time.
Cash register nameMandatory field, can be up to 50 characters long
First receipt numberMandatory field, the first number to appear on your receipt, can start from 1, or any number, thereafter, but must be a number
Note, you can not have the the receipt number be less than any current receipt number, so may need to consider starting from 100, for example, to begin a new sequence
Receipt number prefixOptional field, can be any reference number or letter, that will appear at start of receipt number, ie MEL001
Receipt number suffixOptional field, can be any reference number or letter, that will appear at endof receipt number, ie 001MEL
When done, click the SAVE button
You can always return at any time to Edit your settings.
