How to manually add inventory to products in Hike?
If you operate a business where you have to manually add inventory to the products, Hike allows you to add inventory to the products by simply following the below steps:
- Navigate to Products Tab and Click on Products Button to be taken to your products list.
- Simply choose the Product for which you would like to add inventory, this would take you to the product edit page.
- Once in the edit product page make sure ‘Track inventory’ for this product is enabled under Inventory section.Under this section, you would also be able to choose whether your store is allowed to sell when the item is out of stock. To enable this feature Tick on ‘Allow selling even if this item is out of stock’.
- Once Track Inventory is enabled it gives you the option to manually add inventory to the particular product, this option also allows you to set a reorder point for ordering automatically if you prefer. Click on Save once you have completed adding stock.
