How to Manage Mailchimp - Error Log

INTEGRATIONS - ERROR LOG
This section will be relevant if you ever wish to investigate any issues with your data syncing between Hike and MailChimp. This may be required if there was a sync error, that you now wish to correct.
Having already activated your MailChimp account, you will find the MANAGE button to the right.
Click on the MANAGE button to reveal the drop down list. Choose ERROR LOG from the list to proceed.
Having clicked on ERROR LOG from the MANAGE drop down menu, you would now be seeing the below screen.
This page provides a report of all sync activity with MailChimp.
The table goes on to provide the following information
The type of entry, ie Customers, Supplier
The reference number of the transaction
Name in Hike
Email of Hike connection
Name in Connector
Email of MailChimp connection
Success or otherwise of the sync
Short description of the action, or the error message
